Tom Cruise and Arnold Schwarzenegger dust off leathers for bike rides

Schwarzenegger, 62, was spotted on a Harley-Davidson cruising through Malibu with two pals. The Terminator star, Governor of California and husband of Maria Shriver favours the make and model and usually rides one. In Terminator 2, he famously jumped on a Harley-Davidson Fatboy FLSTF model for a helmetless chase scene through the city’s flood control channel.

The 47-year-old star of Knight And Day and Top Gun, meanwhile, donned a tinted helmet, the newspaper reports, for a spin around Beverly Hills on a gleaming red Ducati. Cruise was bound for one of the many Scientology centres that dot Los Angeles.

The paper notes Cruise was one of the first people in the world to buy a red Desmosedici RR, which is worth about £48,000 ($72,000). He was said to have taken a spill on Oscar Sunday [March 7] but the report was flatly denied by representatives of his wife Katie Holmes.
