The 25-year-old, who has previously battled problems with drink and drugs, wrote on Twitter: “Exploiting peoples pain and addictions to make entertainment makes me sick. Im watching this show on tv and it is breaking my heart!

“I think shows like intervention are amazing but these rehab shows are so disrespectful to the program on A.A they are so wrong. WRONG. sober house is a despicable tv show!”

One of her followers then described the show’s doctor, Dr Drew, as an “amazing person” and she added: “yes he is and he has helped me before but the show is wrong that is not A.A its just tv and send a bad message.”
