The complete LA County Coroner’s report was under wraps until a criminal complaint was filed against Dr Conrad Murray. It is expected to be a centerpiece in the prosecution case against the doctor, who has pleaded not guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter. The report describes the bedroom where desperate attempts were made to resuscitate Jackson before he was pronounced dead at hospital. It reveals there was an oxygen tank by the bed, medication bottles and medical supplies like disposable needles on the tables and a bottle of urine on a chair. The report also confirms Jackson had “sparse” hair connected to a wig.The 51-page report says the manner of death is homicide, based on:1. Circumstances indicate the Propofol and the benzodiazepines were administered by another.2. Propofol was administered in a non-hospital setting without any appropriate medical indication.3. The standard of care for administering Propofol was not met. Recommended equipment for patient monitoring, precision dosing and resuscitation was not present.4. The circumstances do not support self-administration of Propofol. The report confirms authorities found 11 bottles of Propofol in the house – three 100ml vials and eight 20ml vials.None of the bottles had prescription directions, patient or doctor names. It details the prescription drugs found in Jackson’s house, including anxiety drugs Diazepam and Lorazepam and isomnia drug Temazepam, all prescribed by Dr Murray.source: Splash News
