William, who is on a semi-official tour of Australia, made the admission when he was visiting a centre for troubled teens in Sydney.

The Prince, 27, was there with the Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd.

The VIPs were treated to a display of “beatboxing” skills by young hip-hop fans.

Afterwards, Prime Minister Rudd asked Wills what music he liked.

William replied: “Mine’s very varied. I like rock, Linkin Park, also Kanye West.

“I normally get the p*** taken out of me, for my choice of music.”

He added: “I can’t do any beatboxing. I’m not so good at that.”

The Prince and PM spent 30 minutes talking to youngsters at the Ted Noffs Foundation.
