The 64-year-old actress proved she was game for a laugh when she took part in a hilarious quiz with Ellen DeGeneres.

While the talkshow host held up pictures of animals, Mirren had to do good enough impressions to enable DeGeneres to guess what they were.

After speeding her way through impressions of an elephant, rooster and horse, the Queen star was baffled by how to mimic a pig.

And when the roles were reversed, she struggled to contain her giggles when DeGeneres did a very animated impression of a bear.

“She’s really scary,” Mirren laughed.
