The 44-year-old actor plays the lead role in Ritchie’s new flick and he said he often had nights out at the director’s pub, The Punchbowl, in London’s Mayfair.

He said to UK magazine Shortlist: “As a matter of fact we did [go to the pub] and it was always worth it. I don’t think I ever knew anybody that had a bar. I had buddies that owned clubs; you know what I’m saying?

“And then in England, I have a friend – also my director – who has a pub in Mayfair, which was right around the street from where we were staying. It was great. And the food is good.”
