The 42-year-old star will be playing the Genie in the Lamp at the Wimbledon Theatre in London from December 15.

She already postponed her start date by two days as she was originally due to start on December 13.

However, it has been claimed that the actress has not turned up to any rehearsals so far.

A source said: “There is a mild feeling of panic backstage.

“None of us have met Pamela and we are just hoping she’s going to know what she’s doing on the night.”

It is also claimed she has been paid the most out of all of the stars and asked for one lump sum. However, the source added: “She will be paid weekly, like everyone else.”
