The OC star tried to go shopping at New York’s trendy Whole Foods store with Shih-Pom Ziggy in tow.

But despite a sign saying “no dogs allowed”, the actress got upset when she was told she couldn’t bring the pooch inside.

A source told a US newspaper: “She was really angry.”

Mischa, 23, refused to leave Ziggy out in the cold and left the Soho shop without buying anything, the New York Daily News reports.

A rep for the star was unavailable for comment.
