Michael Lohan taken to court over child support

Dina is known to be fuming at Michael over his recent self-styled tough love crusade over Lindsay in which he released private phone conversations to the public. Now she has whipped him into court for an alleged $40,000 he skipped in child support.

She said: “It is sad that the day before Christmas Eve, I was back in court with Michael over child support. He claims he’s broke and can’t pay, yet he drives around in a Mercedes and has a house in the Hamptons. He got paid for selling tape recordings of private conversations relating to Lindsay, but he won’t pay for his children.”

Michael, meanwhile, has barely emerged from his last brush with the law. As recently as last week he was reportedly arrested for breaking a restraining order slapped on him by an ex-girlfriend. But he claimed the story was false.
