Gibson, 53, has Directors Guild and Screen Actors Guild health and pension plans and a Transworld Artists money plan, according to the papers.

She is his Australian wife of nearly 30 years and the mother of his seven children. Gibson has recently had an eighth child, a daughter, with his girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva.

Gibson met Moore when she was a dental nurse in the late 1970s after he had filmed Mad Max. Gibson is a New Jersey-born Australian actor who moved Down Under when he was 12.

Robyn filed for divorce in April citing irreconcilable differences. She seeks joint custody of their child, Thomas, aged 9.
