The 48-year-old CSI actor admitted that director Quentin Tarantino wrote Samuel L Jackson’s role in the flick for him but he turned it down.

Laurence said: “If it doesn’t feel right, it’s not every choice, every script, and every nuance.

“Quentin Tarantino wrote Pulp Fiction with me in mind. But when I read it, I told him I couldn’t do it. I had too many problems with it, just personally.

“And I know it was a great role, but not for me.”
