Judge keeps ban in place in Jennifer Lopez home videos court case

Read More ]"/> A US judge has kept a ban in place to prevent the release of intimate home videos featuring Jennifer Lopez that her ex-husband is trying to distribute.

L.A. Superior Court Judge James C. Chalfant issued a preliminary injunction on Tuesday against Ojani Noa and his manager Ed Meyer.

The Louboutin singer sued the pair in November for $10 million, citing that Noa would violate the terms of the couple’s divorce and a confidentiality agreement if the video was released.

At a previous hearing, Chalfant issued a restraining order, while the injunction issued on Tuesday will carry on until the case is settled.

Noa and Lopez were married in 1997, but their marriage lasted just 11 months.

The model said in a press conference on Tuesday that there is no footage containing sexual situations and he was doing a documentary on his life, which Lopez features in, for a very short period.

Noa also took the opportunity to promote his calendar, which is released on Amazon on Wednesday.

Jennifer Lopez did not attend the hearing.
