Charlie Sheen out on bail, to seek counselling with wife

Read More ]"/> Charlie Sheen, who was arrested on domestic violence charges, and his wife Brooke Mueller are planning to seek counselling after he was arrested on Christmas Day in Colorado.

A source said: “Both he and Brooke will undergo counselling and Charlie will get anger management counselling.”

Mueller called police on Christmas morning and police took the Two and A Half Men actor into custody after locating an alleged “victim” – later named as her.

The source said of the incident: “They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning. Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand.”

Sheen, 44, returned to Los Angeles after being freed on $8500 bond. Mueller, a 29-year-old real estate investor who gave birth to twins in March, is staying in Aspen for now.

Another source said:”After this unfortunate event, they need to be apart for a while.”

Sheen is scheduled to appear in court on February 8 to face felony charges of second-degree assault and menacing along with a misdemeanour charge of criminal mischief.
