Amy Winehouse disrupts panto, kicks manager

Read More ]"/> Amy Winehouse reportedly kicked up a ruckus at a Christmas pantomime over the weekend.

Winehouse allegedly launched profanities and punched and kicked the front-of-house manager, Richard Pound, at the production of Cinderella. He reported the incident to Thames Valley Police who are investigating.

The UK Sun reports Winehouse stunned the 1,400-strong audience by blocking their view, standing up and shouting : “He’s f***ing behind you.”

Winehouse, who was at the panto to see her friend Anthony Kavanagh perform as a stand-in Prince Charming, reportedly called the Ugly Sisters “bitches” and yelled out: “F*** Cinders, Prince Charming, marry me.”

Winehouse, 26, was eventually carried out of the theatre in Milton Keynes, Bucks, by two minders, the report says. A backstage source said: “Anthony brought Amy to impress the cast with his showbiz connections. But it backfired badly.”

The source added: “She was so spaced out and told Anthea [Turner], ‘I love you, Anthea, sticky-back plastic, I love you.’ It got worse because Amy had a cut on her wrist and bled all over Anthea.”
