The best dressed list was put together by the magazine’s UK editorial team. Chung, whose look is the essence of 2009 fashion, was followed by Audrey Tautou, 33, and Sarah Jessica Parker, 44.

Chung has enjoyed stellar success in the US while making her way as a presenter.

The very popular Cheryl Cole, musician and The X Factor judge was fourth, followed by her friendly X Factor rival, Dannii Minogue. Lady GaGa, the wearer of outlandish costumes, came in at number 11. Other stars to rate a mention were Angelina Jolie, Anna Friel and Beth Ditto.
