Model Victoria Silvstedt has revealed she turned down the opportunity to star on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here as she is scared of bugs.

The 35-year-old was reportedly offered £250,000 to take part in the show but refused because of her bug phobia.

She said: "I really wanted to do it, but I hate creepy-crawlies. I even got panicky when I had to pose with a camel.

"Apparently, there are camel spiders the size of your face, which would have made me pass out."

Silvstedt has previously appeared in a reality show called My Perfect Life, which centred around her life.
