The Jonas Brothers drop into school to give children a music lesson

Read More ]"/> US band The Jonas Brothers made hundreds of girls’ dreams come true when they gave music lessons to pupils at a British school.

The three boys, Joe, Kevin and Nick, visited Ryton Comprehensive School in Gateshead and gave a masterclass to the 200 youngsters in guitar playing and song arrangement.

The boys then performed their hits as part of the lesson and Nick, 17, gave one lucky student an individual guitar lesson.

He said: “We’re here to talk to the students at this wonderful school, just about the importance of music, the importance of getting involved with music if you can, our love of music, and what we’ve learned in our experiences so far.

“And hopefully we’ll give them some insight into what it’s like to be a musician and an artist.”

The boys were then due to play at Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena after the visit as part of their tour of Europe.
