Hills star Spencer Pratt considered getting a vasectomy during a new episode of the show.

The 26-year-old doesn't reveal to his wife Heidi Montag, 22, that he had looked into the "seven-minute procedure" but he doesn't end up going through with it.

He said to Heidi: "I thought it was reversible. Once I found out it wasn't, I left the office."

Heidi was not impressed with his idea and said to him: "You would have gone and done it right then if you thought it was reversible?

"And then you would have come home and told me: 'Hi, honey, I snipped my balls off?' I never lie to you!"

He has previously said that his wife would love a baby and said he worries about her coming off her birth control pills without telling him.
