Allen, 24, performed the Take That hit single Shine with the band and said that she had just got over a back injury in time for the performance.

She said: “My back is all right now. My foot isn’t.”

The Fear singer also said that she got to meet Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, who revealed he was a fan of the hers.

She said: “He said he liked my album and I just said: ‘Er, I’m a fan of your work too’.”
