It was recently reported that O’Neal, 68, was not included in Fawcett’s will following her death in June, despite the fact that she left $100,000 to her ex-boyfriend Greg Lott.

However, Fawcett’s best friend Alana Stewart, 64, has revealed that O’Neal and Fawcett had discussed the will before she died, but he wanted none of it.

Stewart said: “Ryan didn’t need her money, he didn’t want her money, and she knew it.”

Talking about the sum left to Fawcett’s ex-boyfriend Lott, Stewart said that the former Charlie’s Angels star had left him the money because “he was an old, old boyfriend and she [Fawcett] felt sorry for him”.

Stewart added: “She didn’t want him [Lott] around. He kept trying to see her, but she didn’t want to see him. There was talk of a restraining order.”
