Rihanna’s former landlord is suing a neighbour after his ‘behaviour’ caused the star to move out.

The 21-year-old star was renting a house off landlord Stephan Yacobian in LA earlier this year but when a neighbour sued her in June after claims she and her friends parked their cars on his property, she moved.

Landlord Yacobian has now filed a lawsuit against the neighbour as he says the Umbrella star would have bought the home and he had no right to shout at them as the two owners had a deal she could use the neighbouring driveway.

Yacobian is now claiming that the neighbour’s ‘harassing behaviour’ caused his deal with Rihanna to fall through and he wants the neighbour to pay for the profits he would have made out of the sale.
