Actor Randy Quaid and his wife, Evi, have finally posted bond on felony charges after failing to show up at court four times.

The troubled couple allegedly skipped out on a $10,000 bill at the luxury San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California, and had been ordered to appear in court.

Now they have posted bond of $20,000 each, the Quaids' arraignment on charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy has been set for December 15.

"They have posted bond," Santa Barbara Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter confirmed.

"If they don't show up to court now, a bounty hunter will go and get them."

After skipping the four voluntary court appearances, an arrest warrant was issued for the couple and the District Attorney's office was proceeding with extraditing the Quaids from Texas to California.

The pair were arrested in Marfa, Texas, on September 24 after allegedly running out on a bill at the exclusive San Ysidro Ranch.
