Nicole Richie showed off her post-baby body at a recent Jay-Z concert and claimed she has lost 10lbs through dancing.

The 28-year-old gave birth to son Sparrow in September and recently showed off her impressive post-baby body at the Jay-Z concert at LA's Pauley Pavillion on November 8.

She later tweeted a message, saying: "I've lost 10lbs from dancing!!" And in a reference to the concert, she said: "H to the izzo. V to the izza!!"

She then posted a blurry picture of the stage and said: "I'm gonna need crutches tomorrow."

Nicole and partner Joel Madden, 30, also have a 21-month-old daughter Harlow.
