Lindsay Lohan bungs it on at LA club

Lohan, the 23-year-old starlet who is rarely out of the headlines, caused a scene at Crown Bar in Los Angeles when her payment was requested.

The onlooker said of the November 6 incident: “Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown. She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit card information.”

The report is the latest in a string of incidents that involve Lohan. Some $40,000 in Dior jewellery went missing from a photo shoot for UK Elle magazine earlier this year although the magazine did not make an allegation. Her father, Michael Lohan, claims publicly that she is spiralling out of control in a growing dependence on prescription drugs.

Meanwhile, in phone tapes that Michael aired, it emerged that she was dating the blighted Heath Ledger before he died of a tragic overdose in January last year. All this without mention of her on-off lesbian relationship with Samantha Ronson, her recent brush with an LA court, her probation and her experience of being hit by the “Hollywood Burglars”.

Before Lohan departed Crown at 2.30am she was crying and wanted to go home and “kept saying ‘I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’” said the onlooker.
