Lily Allen doesn’t have problem with CD burning

Lily Allen has said she doesn’t have a problem with people burning copies of her CDs.

The 24-year-old singer recently sparked a new debate against the illegal downloading of music but she has now said that she isn’t against people making copies of her albums.

She said: “If someone comes up with a burnt copy of my CD and offers it to you for £4, I haven’t a problem with that as long as the person buying it places some kind of value on my music.”

Allen’s anti-file-sharing blog was supported by a number of celebrities such as Mark Ronson and Take That’s Gary Barlow. However, she later pulled the blog after receiving too much ‘abuse’.
