It's the most bizarre pairing since Michael Jackson and Bubbles.

Soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo is to team up with the King of Pop's dad Joe – to sell football-shaped barbecue grills.

Joe Jackson has revealed he has a stake in the company behind the product, called the Goalie Grill, according to reports.

And it would appear the controversial Real Madrid player is going to be promoting it with him in the run-up to the South Africa World Cup in 2010.

Jackson reportedly told TMZ.com they will be shooting TV, magazine and internet ads for the barbecue together.
