Howard K Stern’s $60 million defamation suit against Rita Cosby was dismissed on Friday.

TMZ claims the case has been settled and the terms of that deal are confidential.

In her book – Blonde Ambition – Cosby claimed that Stern had a sexual encounter with another ex-boyfriend of Smith, Larry Birkhead.

Cosby claimed that the alleged encounter was caught on camera, which Birkhead and Stern both refuted.

Birkhead did not file a suit against Cosby.
