Echo & The Bunnymen IRS Issues

Read More ]"/> Echo and the Bunnymen have pulled out of a US tour over tax demands by the IRS.

The band called the demands “unreasonable” when making the last-minute call to cancel their November tour.

In a statement, the band said: “This is due to unreasonable demands presented by the IRS for the band to enter the USA to tour.”

The IRS exacts a fee from bands to tour in the country more than once within 30 days.

Echo and the Bunnymen played in New York last month and are now planning more shows in the US next April.
