The 17-year-old actress got a lot of criticism from Twilight’s die-hard fans when she told Bonnie Hunt that she hadn’t seen the movie.

Gomez recently explained: “All I said was that I didn’t watch it and I felt bad for not watching it. But of course, now it’s like: ‘I don’t like it.’ That’s not the case.”

Gomez also admitted that she has never even read any of the Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight novels.

She said: “I feel bad. And I’m sorry if I offended anyone for that.”
