David Walliams’s kids’ tales sought in Hollywood

Read More ]"/> David Walliams is a man of many talents. The comedian of Little Britain fame, who was last heard preparing to make the movie Marmaduke in Tinseltown, has Hollywood interested in his books.

Several production houses are said to be seeking his children’s tales for potential films. Disney is among them.

Walliams’s two stories to date, The Boy in the Dress and Mr Stink, have been a tremendous success. He was recently in the running for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize for literature for The Boy In the Dress (Walliams dresses as a “laydee” on Little Britain) and short-listed among six authors.

In other developments, Walliams has lately been linked to Dutch model Lara Stone.
