Carrie Prejean threatens to walk off ‘inappropriate’ Larry King Live show

Read More ]"/> Former Miss California Carrie Prejean unplugged her microphone and threatened to walk off ‘inappropriate’ Larry King Live show.

Prejean fumed at the veteran host after he tried to ask the dethroned pageant queen about a solo sex tape that reportedly torpedoed a lawsuit she filed against the Miss California Organisation for unfair dismissal.

Removing her microphone, she told King: “I think that you are being extremely inappropriate right now, and I’m about to leave your show.”

She later replaced the microphone after King agreed not to ask her more questions about the tape or put live callers on the air with her.

Prejean – who calls Sarah Palin her hero – courted controversy for her public opposition to gay marriage and strong religious beliefs, which made her a figurehead for American conservatism.

But she was later removed from the Miss California post after topless photos of her surfaced.

The blonde beauty, 22, claimed her beliefs were behind her sacking and penned a book Still Standing about the affair.

Prejean was on to promote the book when he asked her whether revelations that she had also recorded a sex tape were behind a recent settlement with the Miss California Organisation.

Prejean had been demanding more than $1million in damages from the company for allegedly firing her because of her beliefs.

According to reports, however, she walked away with just her lawyers fees after the organisation countersued claiming Prejean had violated the terms of being Miss California by having recorded a sex tape.
