Candy Spelling settles lawsuit with ex-maid

Read More ]"/> The estranged mother of Tori Spelling, Candy, has settled a lawsuit with an ex-maid for an undisclosed amount, according to a US report.

The widow of television mogul Aaron was accused of wrongful termination by the plaintiff. But settlement was reached in the Los Angeles Superior Court, TMZ reports.

In the suit, filed by Lourdes Serrano in April, the ex-maid alleged Spelling forced her to clock out for 10-minute breaks instead of paying her in accordance with California state law which allows two 10-minute breaks a day in addition to paid meal breaks.

Candy and her famous reality TV star daughter remain locked in a feud that partly arises from Aaron’s death.
