US singer Aaron Carter said his brother Nick is not planning to vote for him when he appears on Dancing With The Stars.

Aaron, 21, will appear on the upcoming season of the hit dancing show that premieres on September 21 on ABC and he will be competing against celebs such as Macy Gray, Kelly Osbourne and Mya.

Talking about his slot on the show, Aaron said: "Honestly, the biggest competition I feel is myself.

"It's all about how much we rehearse and how much we take advantage of [those rehearsals]. I'm all about how much I push myself."

However, Aaron revealed that football star Michael Irving has his brother Nick's vote.

He said: "I told my brother about [Michael Irving] and my brother's like: 'I love Michael. I'm gonna vote for him."
